Cross Plains Solutions announces the continued growth of their SoyFoam™ distribution
network. Local or regional SoyFoam™ distributors are now active in 23 states in addition to
their own national distribution.
Three of the new distributors are experienced firefighters who believe in the products’
performance and health benefits so much that they will now assist others in making the
switch. “We are proud that leading firefighters with decades of experience chose to partner
with Cross Plains Solutions to strengthen our commitment to making safer PFAS-free
firefighting foam accessible to fire departments nationwide,” said Managing Partner Alan
Snipes. “As demand for sustainable firefighting solutions continues to rise, we are
expanding our network to better serve communities across the country.”
SoyFoam™ TF 1122 meets an important global need to prevent PFAS from entering the
environment while protecting firefighters and the communities they serve. Destruction and
cleanup of PFAS is currently estimated to range between $20 and $7000 trillion. In
comparison, the global GDP is estimated at $106 trillion, according to the Journal: Science
of the Total Environment’s Estimated scale of costs to remove PFAS from the environment
at current emissions rates.
Additionally, SoyFoam™ TF 1122 is good for the U.S. economy. It is made in America from
soybeans grown by U.S. farmers. Through the soybean checkoff, the United Soybean Board
and state soybean boards have supported Cross Plains Solutions’ SoyFoam™ research and
development.
