Soy Products Guide

In May 2002, the President signed the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002, commonly called the Farm Bill, that calls on federal agencies to establish affirmative procurement programs for purchasing biobased products unless there is a price, performance, or availability reason not to do so. Early adoption of biobased products will help organizations respond quickly to the biobased procurement requirements included in Section 9002 of the Farm Bill as well as address the current biobased purchasing provisions in Executive Order 13101.
